This is what to do when you doubt yourself or haven’t achieved a goal. Start putting the word “𝒴𝑒𝓉” at the end of your sentence.

Adding these three little letters, y-e-t, helps remind us that our abilities can be developed.

Developing a growth mindset tells us our abilities are not fixed.

So if something doesn’t come to you quickly or easily, that doesn’t mean it will never happen.

Instead, put a “yet” at the end.

“I’m not good at…𝒴𝑒𝓉.”

“I can’t do it…𝒴𝑒𝓉.”

“I don’t know how to…𝒴𝑒𝓉.”

“I’m not a millionaire…𝒴𝑒𝓉”

“I don’t make six figures…𝒴𝑒𝓉”

“I haven’t lost the weight…𝒴𝑒𝓉”

Remember, with effort, learning, and perseverance, almost anything is possible.

What haven’t you done this year 𝒴𝑒𝓉?
