I think we hold a responsibility not just to our children but to ourselves. To find what works best for us and our families. I believe we serve those we love in the most remarkable capacity if we begin with the foundation of ourselves.
Who is it that we are at our core?
How can we ensure our needs are met?
What is it that brings us alive?
Even as we evolve deeper into motherhood, it’s vital to hold sacred what matters most to us outside of being a mother. We then must carve out time and develop a plan for how we will achieve that.
When we lead from a place of fulfillment, it overflows into our children and family. We love more profoundly, and we can show up in more meaningful ways.
